Bluetooth peripherals will often only 'pair' when set back to 'un-initialized' or 'just powered up' state.
If your mouse and keyboard aren't connecting after a factory reset, try these steps:
1. Ensure they are properly connected and powered.
2. Use wired peripherals if available to troubleshoot.
3. Restart your Mac Studio.
4. Reset the Bluetooth module: Go to System Preferences > Bluetooth > Advanced > Remove all devices, then restart and re-pair.
5. If using USB peripherals, try different ports.
6. Update macOS to the latest version.
If issues persist, consider contacting Apple Support or visiting an Apple Authorized Service Provider for further assistance.
