Paying Iclound+

Have you added the other user to the Family Sharing group?

Do they appear on your devices under Settings ➜ Family?

Does the other user have their own iCloud subscription?

I have an old secondary Apple ID that I added to my family and I noticed that my shared iCloud storage didn’t show up after joining the family!

Switch from your personal iCloud+ plan to your family plan

When you share iCloud+, any family members using the free 5GB plan are added to your family plan automatically.

This mattered even though my secondary account was on the default free 5 GB storage.

I had to open settings and go to switch to the Family Shared storage!

Since I haven’t looked into it further, let me know if that solves the issue for your family member!

Is she using the same Apple ID on her device for iCloud as the one that you invited to your family sharing group?

Did inviting her back into the family group not work?

She can try going to Settings ➜ Apple ID ➜ Media & Purchases and sign out and then sign back in with her Apple ID.
