needs help resetting ipad
My grandmother gave me her Ipad 9th gen for Christmas and she couldn't remember the passcode so now were locked out and she doesnt know her apple ID password to reset it off itunes. any ideas?

if passcode is your only obstacle then connect it by the cable to a computer and read

but if it's activation locked to her appleID then
activation lock is not a thing on the ipad it's a theft protection on
