Card Not Added, Contact your card issuer for more information.
I can’t add any bank card to Apple Pay. I’ve tried the following with my card issuer and bank:
- Updating iOS, iPadOS, MacOS, WatchOS
- Setting the correct date, time, language, and region
- Matching the address in the Apple account
- Restoring iTunes and resetting my devices as new
- Removing all cards from all devices (MacBook, iPad, iPhone, Apple Watch)
- Adding the card via the bank app on different devices
- None of these worked, So I Ordered a new card and tried the new card with no luck.
I talked to the bank management and they said there was no problem. The card worked before in Apple Pay / Wallet in all of my devices, but not after I bought a new MacBook. Now after removing all cards from all devices, I don't have any card in the Apple Wallet/Pay.
I contacted Apple, and Apple refused to help me and blamed the card issuer and the bank.
Can anyone help me?
