How do I delete Shortcuts on the Shortcuts app for apple watch

How do I delete these shortcuts? I don’t remember adding them and I don’t want them there.

Apple Watch Series 7, watchOS 10

On your iPhone, open the Shortcuts app ➡️ Shortcuts tab (bottom Left) ➡️ Apple Watch: Here, you will see all the shortcuts for the Apple Watch. You can TOUCH & HOLD the shortcut and DELETE it.

I did that, but it’s blank and says I don’t have any shortcuts? My phone and watch are updated and connected to bluetooth too.
