Sharing same Apple ID with multiple Apple Watches

We have 3 Apple Watches, my wife and daughter are on the same iTunes account as me, my watch setting doesn’t affect theirs but if my daughter turns on sleep focus it turns it on my wife’s watch as well any ideas how to fix this?

You have stated that all 3 Apple Watches are on the same Apple ID as yours. When an Apple ID is shared among devices then several data points are also shared. On your daughter’s iPhone, open Settings ➡️ Focus ➡️ Share across devices: Set this switch to OFF.

You can avoid this and other data related overlap among devices by using a separate Apple ID for each device.
