Why did the new update make Apple think my Apple Pay acct think my card is expired ? It won’t expire for two years, and now I can’t use Apple Pay for anything.

The problem is Apple Pay/Wallet lost the last 2-digits of our expiration dates. It’s only reading the “20xx” and lost the last 2-digits.
Unfortunately this iOS will not let you edit the card info, EVEN if your card number has not changed (like if you got the new one in mail with simply a new exp date!!!).
SOOOOO, you have to DELETE the card then add it back in using the “MM/YYYY” format and it then works!
I did exactly the same steps except that it wont allow my cc removal due to an active subscription...HELP!

I can’t make any purchases or download any new apps because it saying that my card is expired but it doesn’t expire til August of this year
I have the same issue with my Citi Costco card. It doesn’t expire until 2027 but Wallet says I need a date between 2024 and 2044. This is my primary card. Apple - get this fixed ASAP.

I tried this last week, but it still wouldn’t let me remove the card associated with my subscriptions. Tried again today and it worked. Thank you!
