Why did the new update make Apple think my Apple Pay acct think my card is expired ? It won’t expire for two years, and now I can’t use Apple Pay for anything.

Mine is doing the same thing. I can’t download any apps or many any in-app purchases because it says my card is going to expire. It doesn’t expire for a while. Very frustrating because I can’t remove the card to try and add it back in from my phone because of my active Apple Music subscription.
I have the same issue with my Citi Costco card. It doesn’t expire until 2027 but Wallet says I need a date between 2024 and 2044. This is my primary card. Apple - get this fixed ASAP.
Call Apple Support …they helped me get mine fixed in under 5 minutes.

Add another payment method and then you can remove your existing payment method and re-enter your card information using a 4 digit number for the expiration date year (MM/YYYY).
I have been telling you to call Apple Support. In no time the issue was resolved. It was less than 5 minutes
I tried this last week, but it still wouldn’t let me remove the card associated with my subscriptions. Tried again today and it worked. Thank you!

I have the same issue. I have the same credit card in my wallet so I removed it and Apple Pay now works.
