Journal App missing on iPad after updating to iPadOS 17.2

The Journal app couldn’t be found on my iPad 9th Gen after updating to 17.2.

iPadOS 17.2 MK7T3B/A iPad mini gen6 Journal app I’ve just downloaded the new update for my iPhone and iPad. The journal app is only on my iPhone 12. Does anyone know why this is or if is not available for my iPad (despite AppStore info saying it is available for iOS and iPadOS 17.2 and “Works on this iPad” . any ideas are very much appreciated thanks
