I installed my new charger plug into an extension lead (UK plug) and after around 5-10 minutes of charging my iPhone , I heard a loud pop and smoke began to arise from the charging adapter. It left a burnt mark in my extension lead. Can I ask how I am able to get this issue addressed ?
