I bought my first Apple Watch Ultra 2 directly from the Apple website. I noticed that near the strap attachment there is a small scratch which has taken away the satin effect on the watch case. could it be a manufacturing defect or should I think of something else ?

Not a manufacturing defect and cosmetic damage is not covered by the warranty. But you could take the watch to an Apple Store or Apple authorized service provider to be checked. And remember, being calm and respectful will get you more action than anger and rage.
Thank for your reply. I'm just a little disappointed because I bought the product as new and i found some defects.
