iPhone 15 Pro action button not working

I just got an IPhone 15pro about a week ago, and just find out my action button not working, I try to reset many times, but it doesn’t work. And my iPhone is up to date.

Action Button on iPhone 15 Pro Max Hello! I've bought recently a new iPhone 15 Pro Max. But today I have noticed that the Active button seems to be softer than volume and power off buttons. I mean when I press it, it has no click like the other buttons and I feel it softer. Is it normal? Thank you in advance!

Action Button doesn't activate the shortcut sometimes Hi everyone, I've assigned the Action Button to open the "Set Timer" shortcut. I set this up by going to Action Button in Settings, selecting Shortcut, and choosing "Set Timer" from the "Get Started" section. The shortcut icon appears in the Dynamic Island, but nothing else happens. It happens at least 3-4 times a day depending on how often I use the timer. Has anyone else encountered this? I'm using an iPhone 15 Pro running iOS 18.2. Thanks for any help!

It’s awesome spending two weeks pay on a brand new iPhone and the only new feature doesn’t even work.
