Have the lastest ipad update and my kindle app keeps crashing. It opens for a few seconds and then closes. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

If it only happens using that app, and if you're sure that your Kindle app is updated, try a forced restart of your iPad: put it on charge for at least half an hour, then, keeping it plugged in, use these instructions:

This is happening to me also. Just getting into a book and it shuts down and won’t let me back on with shutting down again. So frustrating!!

Same thing! I’ve tried restarting my phone and deleting and redownloading the app… nothing! Hope they fix the issue soon!
I turned off wifi but it still crashed. Went ti airplane mode, still crashed. Very frustrating.
The same thing is happening to me on all of my Apple devices. Luckily, the app still works on my kindle and Samsung phone.

Doing this to me too. Finished a book and went to start a new one, and kicks me out. I’ve deleted and reinstalled 5 times.

This is happening to me as well. I have reset my phone, removed the app, reinstalled the app and still getting kicked off and the app shuts down.
Thank you. That worked for me and books will now open, but the minute I turn wi fi back on the crashing happens again.
