Have the lastest ipad update and my kindle app keeps crashing. It opens for a few seconds and then closes. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

If it only happens using that app, and if you're sure that your Kindle app is updated, try a forced restart of your iPad: put it on charge for at least half an hour, then, keeping it plugged in, use these instructions:

I tried that and it doesn’t work…getting fed up now with kindle..
Mine is doing the same thing on my iPhone 14 😞 I’ve also tried ALL the troubleshooting steps and it’s not working 😩
Happening on iphone too as from this morning. But kindle app working fine on my ancient old amazon fire, so maybe an apple prob

Same problem here. Iphone works fine, but on my Ipad the Kindle app keeps crashing.
I’ve been reading for the past two hours, was just going to open a new one and the app decided to kick me out and it just keeps crashing. I wonder what’s happening

What iPhone do you have? Is it updated? My XR is having the same issues described here.
Yep - happening to me too! I’m using my iPhone. It worked fine yesterday morning. I deleted the app and reinstalled without resolution.
Kindle app crashing on iPhone . Restarted several times. Still crashing.
Same and same. I guess I should see if it works on my Chromebook. iPhone turned off and on. App deleted and added. Still goes to home screen but if I click anything it goes back to phone home.

Same as others. Just started today. Frustrating.
Same thing with me but for iPhone. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled multiple times, also restarted my device multiple times as well. No other apps are doing this.
