Have the lastest ipad update and my kindle app keeps crashing. It opens for a few seconds and then closes. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

If it only happens using that app, and if you're sure that your Kindle app is updated, try a forced restart of your iPad: put it on charge for at least half an hour, then, keeping it plugged in, use these instructions:

Only happens on my iPhone app. WTH??
uninstalled and reinstalled. Still not working
have kindle or Amazon Said anything about the app crashing I was half way through a book on there I want to finish it

I turned of my WiFi on my phone and it stopped closing, but if I turn my WiFi on my phone back on, it starts crashing again.
Nvm, if I try to open the book with WiFi off it crashes again

Seems to work for some people and not all all for others. Sorry, it's all I could think of.
BTW, this isn't happening on Android or with Kindle Paperwhites.
I’m having the same problem with my iPad but not my iPhone, which works fine.
i think I will leave it for now, see if it sorts itself out

Yes I finished a book this am. Bought the second at 4 am to read on my off times while working and now I cannot. It keeps crashing. Hope they fix it soon. I was really into that series!
