Buying an iPhone 14 outside the U.S.
The iPhone 14 does NOT come with a physical SIM tray. I need an iPhone 14 with a SIM tray so I'm forced to buy it outside the U.S. Any recommendations? Thanks.

Assuming that you find a seller, the iPhone will have no warranty coverage in the U.S.

If yes, your best bet might be looking for a dealer in Canada or Mexico depending on your location. But....the next problem that you will face is that authorized Apple dealers are not allowed to ship internationally.
So, if you want to buy from an authorized Apple dealer, you or someone else will need to visit the store and buy the phone at the store.
