Unable to login to Delta.com on Safari on my iMac

Delta just informed me that they are aware of this issue and are working on it. Maybe it will be fixed by spring!

im having the same issue and its annoying! I have the same configuration as the reporter here. Only experiencing this on mac/safari

My husband had this issue. He had to allow popups for Delta and allow autoplay for Delta in Safari settings. Doing both of those things fixed most of the problem for him. However, the SkyMiles tracker still wasn't working properly.

Here's the (temporary) fix: In Safari Preferences --> Developer, select "Security: Disable cross-origin restrictions"

This is an unfortunate work-around as it could open your Mac to other vulnerabilities.

Delta needs to code a site-specific fix for delta.com.

When will this issue be fixed? I have been dealing with this for days. Nobody at Delta has an answer, just wait 24hrs. I have a Mac/safari also.

Nope, does not work on my iMac.

Tried DuckDuckGo and still does not work. There must be something in Safari that is incompatible with Delta.com.

I've had the same problem. Allowing pop-ups (Safari Preferences > Websites > Pop-up Windows) let me log in, but I still wasn't able to complete any ticket purchases (hung at the Confirm flights stage). It worked fine in Firefox.

I just started having this problem today. Seems to be after update of OS to Sonoma 14.2.1. Safari version is 17.2.1. I get the error 'unable to locate the account with the information provided'.

I am able to log on to Delta.com on the same computer in Chrome. I can also log on in the Delta App on my iPhone,

I have pop-ups allowed in the Safari settings for Delta.com.

This definitely is a browser compatibility issue with Delta and Safari. Very annoying and needs to be fixed ASAP.

Same here after updating to Sonoma on MacBook Air in mid-Dec. Can log on in Chrome but not Safari. Of course, had to change my password and get locked out 525,600 times in the process. Delta denied any issue on their end in early January.

So Annoyed and Frustrated. I have tried repeatedly to log into delta.com on my Mac (Safari running 17.2.1) today. NO luck. Tried my husband's login, NO luck. Tried Chrome, NO luck. Tried allowing pop ups and autoplay, NO luck. Tried on my iPad, NO luck. The App on my phone works. Delta couldn't help. My safari on my phone works. What gives????

Does Apple have stock in other browsers because I'm having to use them more and more. Safari is turning into a piece of .....

Unable to open and I have to force load without content blockers? Really? Is Apple going to keep me from running with scissors as well?
