Unable to login to Delta.com on Safari on my iMac

I have been unable to log in to Delta.com using safari on my iMac (late 2015) Monterey 12.7.2. I can log in using firefox on the same machine. The error message says unable to locate the account with the information provided. The same log in info works fine on my MacBook pro, iPad and iPhone. I see many similar reports on line but there are very few people reporting success with a solution. This is a minor inconvenience but very frustrating. Of course Delta has no answer

Delta just informed me that they are aware of this issue and are working on it. Maybe it will be fixed by spring!

I'm having this problem as well, with 2 different MacBooks and different versions of Safari.

I thought updating safari and MacOS would help on my newer MacBook, but nope. just chewed up 30 mins of my time and probably slowed my macbook down for a while.

Extremely inconvenient. You would think they would prioritize this fix as it directly hurts their bottom dollar if customers can't log in to buy tickets.

I also find the IHG website is a joke too, but let's not change subject.

Clearing Cache, cookies, etc, turning off ad-blocker, etc. all fruitless.

As of Feb 8 I am also unable to sign on to Delta with my Mac on Safari so issue is not resolved for everyone. I can sign on with my phone, iPad, my wife's much older mac, now can sign on using Firefox. Always love it when you google an obscure question and find an army of people with the same problem. Not sure - is this a Mac/Safari issue or a Delta issue?

I have been trying to figure out why i can log into Delta.com through Chrome but not Safari. I even took out an old machine that runs High Sierra and has Safari 13.1 to see if i could determine if this was a Delta problem or an Apple problem. Since I could not get on in Safari 13.1 i conclude a Delta change created this. In trouble shooting i tried all the suggestions made here and other posts.... - turn off Content Blocker, - allow pop-ups and turning on the Auto Play functions...... those changes did not work. After that i started going through the Safari Settings. I deleted a Delta entry in the "Manage Website Data" inside the Privacy Tab and that did not work. I then decided to turn off "Prevent Cross-Site tracking"....... and that is the culprit... I am now able to log into my Delta Account with Safari. My guess is that Delta wants this cross tracking for their partners and integrators so they have implemented a change in their system to make sure this can happen. Safari has had this Cross-tracking switch all the way back to Safari 13.1, and likely sooner, so it's not an Apple Issue. Not sure how i feel about being forced to allow cross tracking.
