Double check the following settings in the Watch app on your iPhone.

On your iPhone, open the Watch app ➡️ General ➡️ Watch Orientation Here, Ensure that Left Wrist is chosen ➡️ Digital Crown on Right Side Here, you can choose either option depending on how you wear your Apple Watch on your Left Wrist and where the crown is facing (Left or Right in relation to your wrist).

If the above does not work then, On your Apple Watch - Try and Force ReStart your Apple Watch as indicated below:

  • Hold down the side button and Digital Crown at the same time. The Digital Crown is the rotating button located on the side of the device.
  • Keep holding these two buttons down until you see the Apple logo appear on the screen.
