Beats Studio Pro Microphone on Windows

Hi, I am having the same issue. Any solution?

yes, I am having the same problem with my windows desktop computer.

The beats studio pro microphone does not work on Microsoft windows desktops. you can hear fine, but the microphone doesn’t work.

When using teams beats microphone does not work there is no volume coming out of it.

I have tested it in the system and it shows no volume you can hear fine but the microphone is not working.

I connect other wireless headphones or earbuds and they all worked fine.

two different desktops and both have the same problem.

Hopefully beats or Microsoft can fix this

Hey everyone I was able to contact apple and after a 30 minutes call they confirmed me they are aware of the compatibility issues with Microsoft and they are working to get it fixed.

we just have to wait :/

I have only been able to have success with the microphone on a zoom or teams call on my laptop if I’m plugged in with the usb-c cable. My beats buds do not have this issue. Surely an update can fix this?

Hello has someone find a solution for this? We have the same issue my teams mates can hardly hear me on teams call when connected the beats studio pro to the computer (windows 10 64 bits very new computer), but if I connect the headphones to the iphone and start a call, people can hear me well.

Who can we call attention to Apple to fix this? it is not possible we purchase a headphone and doesnt work for the purpose we purchase them.

I really need apple support for this, and I contacted local apple service center and they told me they just can check the headphones but not software or compatibility with the PC, so I dont know what to do

No at this point they are complete useless with a PC, works with my Android Phone, iPad, other devices. But on PC you can hear but nobody hears you when you talk. Need to use by Galaxy Ear Buds, hopefully Beats fixes this.

Is there a work in progress to fix this from Apple ? I do not want to return them just for this but I use them for work.

Oh man this is annoying. Works great with the phone - but hopeless with the PC... for the microphone. Right now I am joining calls from my phone and adding my PC without audio to the call - so I can have best of both worlds - but that can't be a long term solution

Have someone contacted apple or beats for this? I have not find a way to open a case with them. Let’s all try to open a case with them for this

i tried support but it contact me with local support which only fix physical issues no compatibility issues

Yeah so I too am having issues with these headphones microphone - on my MAC laptop. I tried to use the 3mm headphone cable with my Macbook pro and it doesn't even detect the mic.

People report my voice is very low, I'm also using Teams on my Macbook pro.

Does anyone know if there has been a solution to this issue? I am also experiencing the exact same problem with my Beats Studio Buds Plus. It's unbelievable that this is happening. I bought the earbuds specifically for the purpose of making conference calls on my PC using Microsoft Teams.
