Camera: 2 Year Warranty

I have noticed that the videos and photos taken with my iPhone 14 Pro Max appear excessively grey and dark. Thankfully, I have the benefit of a 2-year warranty. Would it be possible for me to request a replacement of the same phone model that is brand new?

iPhone camera not working, non-genuine part Ever since updating to iOS 26 and beyond my iPhone camera hasn’t been working consistently. At first it would only work on selfie mode. Then only in video. After restarting or updating it works for a short time. But yesterday I opened my camera took a picture and it never appeared in my photos library. Today camera mode was black at first then gray after switching from video to camera. This evening, after updating my phone to 26.1 I received a notification: “Unable to determine if your iPhone camera is a genuine Apple part. This could be because the part is non-genuine or not functioning as expected.” My iPhone was bought brand new from the Apple Store several years ago, there is no way the camera isn’t a genuine apple part. What gives?

My iPhone 14 pro max 512gb is 28 days old and has a macro camera problem. When taking a close-up photo, a blue dot appears on the image. I took it to the service center, the company refused to provide the warranty and blamed the user. A representative said that the device was exposed to a strong light source, so the image sensor was damaged. Yes, I am a normal user, I only know how to buy and use the device. When I bought the device, no one taught me how to use it.? And what line does the useless Apple manual inside the product box teach customers how to protect the device? Or is there any warning that the camera will be damaged? But now the machine blames all on the user. Not to mention on the screen there are 2 ~2mm yellow stains "inside the screen". I am too disappointed to spend a large amount of money to buy Apple products, even more disappointed with the company's handling and policies. It is too vague how to use while the manual has no warning section. And now they blame it all on the users.
