Why do I see Unknown devices under my Bluetooth setting.

I opened my Bluetooth on my IPhone to pair some Earbuds and Noticed Bluedroid TV in the list of Paired devices. How does this Happen?

bluetooth connection between iphones hi, earlier i noticed a bluetooth device called “iphone” connected to my iphone. i disconnected it by turning my bluetooth on and off again and after it was not shown as a known device on my bluetooth tab in setting. should i be worried someone has access to my details or bank information or is this likely just a bug?
