Apple did not approve the transaction. The bank that approved the transaction is responsible for any refunds due to fraud. Please contact the bank regarding your suspicion of fraud. MasterCard, VISA, American Express all offer enhanced fraud protection on some of the cards on their network. If your bank refuses the claim of fraud you can contact the networks and see if the transaction meets their qualifications.
