Apple Wallet is not working on phone!

I'm facing the same issue in my iPhone 14(brand new)

I've alread tried everything(even log with a other account after reset)

do you have any idea what I can do? thanks

There are multiple issues being discussed in the same thread. Some can’t add a card, others have a Wallet app freezing and still others with Accessibility issues. That’s the problem with piggybacking onto an existing post. All you get is confusion and me too’s.

The app used to work fine. I have tried resetting the region a few times in addition to signing out of Apple ID as well as deleting the app and reinstalling. It stopped working a few weeks ago and since then I went through everything I managed to find on the internet as a possible fix.

What country are you in? What country is the bank(s) in that issued your credit or debit cards? What country is your Apple ID set for, What region is your iPhone set for?
