well recently I wanted to connect my iPhone 4s to my Windows laptop and connecting it to the itunes version that we have today failed so i tried iTunes 11.3.1.2 but it did not install can someone help

Any reason you don't just download the version available from the Microsoft app store?
The current version of iTunes compatible with Windows 11 is iTunes 12.
