Hey there, I can't seem to figure out how to copy and paste from a numbers document into a pages document. Command V and C don't work and I need to a good amount of text from Numbers. Does anybody know a wait to solve this? I'm on the last version of Monterey. Thank you

Select cells in Numbers, command-C, click in Pages and command-v to paste.
That's working here in Numbers 13.2 under Sonoma 14.2.1, and I don't remember it being a problem under Monterey (though I had an earlier version of Numbers back then).
If you any third-party clipboard managers you may have to experiment with turning those off.
Also, assume you have updated your OS as far as you can and you have restarted your Mac reasonably recently.
