Yellow Curser
When I click New Message in Apple Mail the cursor is yellow and I cannot see it. How do I change this?

At System Settings > Accessibility > Display you can change the outline and fill colors of the pointer.
This is a global setting and not just for the Mail app.
There is no separate setting in Mail for the color of the pointer.
