i forget my macbook air device password i bought new 3 days agao

3 days ago i bought new macbook air but my brother create password and forget now i am unable to use the Device because there is i cloud id we create he forget that thing also i went to apple care they told they can’t do anything with this i have to chat with apple support to recover it .

Recovering 2010 MacBook Pro password without iCloud access Hello! So I need help. I have my college 2010 MacBook Pro and forgot the password.
