Payment Authorization failure while using Apple Balance for the purchase

Hello,

While using Apple Balance to cover my entire purchase amount, I am getting follow message:

Your payment authorization failed. Please verify your information and try again, or try another payment method.

Sales & Media Team are unable to find the reason behind it.
