Why isnt my phone battery going up and staying at 1
Every time i power my phone of it says repair and when it turns back on the battery stays at 1 percent

Seems pretty clear your battery needs replacing unless this is a fairly new phone (you haven’t shared any information). You state you see a message to repair as well as seem to be saying the battery won’t hold a charge beyond 1%. Have Apple or an authorized repair facility look at your phone to be sure but it might be time to have your battery replaced
