Remote Apple TV on Apple Watch without phone

I am actually a kid, trying to control a Apple TV on a Apple Watch without a phone needed for the app because my Apple Watch is paired to my dad's phone, and I don't have a iPhone, but it is also paired to my computer and iPad, so I need a Apple Watch remote app without a iPhone needed for the app, so if you can please find a app for it, thank you.because, by the way, I found a app by apple called remote but it needs a iPhone.

Cannot find remote app on Apple Watch, nor can I control playback I cannot find the remote app on my Apple Watch. It is running version 9.0.2, the TV OS of my Apple TV is 16.1. My phone (iPhone 11 Pro Max running iOS 16.0.2), my watch and my Apple TV are on the same wifi. Apple Watch remote app not working with Apple TV. Why has the remote app on my Apple Watch stopped working with Apple TV? In the past I was able to control minimal functions with the watch for Apple TV. Since the latest update in Watch iOS, the app either crashes or does nothing. I have tried restarting the watch.
