No storage iPhone 12 64GB

iPhone 12, 64GB, I have deleted all apps I don't use, emptied mail trash, deleted all photos and I still seem to not have enough storage to update my phone.

This has been answered before and I have tried the suggestions, including connecting to the iMac desk top and going through Apple Music.......will not update and stops at step two of syncing.....

I have plenty of iCloud storage.....

How do I get my phone to use the iCloud storage to free up memory?

Thank you

Me again..

Tried the suggestions.

Won't sync. Stops at step 2. Tried to do the update, and sat for about an hour with no movement.

I am at a loss.

A fellow person at work said maybe I need a new phone.

I am not so sure that is the answer.

My next step would be to go back to T-Mobile and see what they can do.

Plus I really don't want to go to the expense of a new phone...

Thanks

Just thought I would get back to you.

I think I tried all recommendations.

I am still trying to delete apps that I don't use, getting more difficult, now down to 59.54 of 64GB used. iCloud storage is only 17.1 of 200GB used.

Nothing has worked.

Cannot update through computer/Apple Music, sync will not go to step 3 to complete, keeps "spinning" and the phone will not update through Music and I also tried to do a restore but again, gets stuck in the sync phase and will not complete.

I'll keep trying...

Thanks for your help.
