Epson wf-4820 -- Printer Utility 4 will not work

Epson Printer Utility 4 will not launch. Computer: Mac Mini 2023, M2 Pro, Ventura 13.5. (Device name indicates iMac, but name is out of date.) The wireless connection failed, but I restored it. I can print and scan. I cannot get Printer Utility 4 to launch, so I have no access to checking ink levels and other functions. Printer Utility 4 was working fine until recently, then just stopped. I have successfully installed the latest drivers from Epson, twice today, with no improvement. I haven't seen any fixes on the internet to this particular problem. I'd appreciate any help. Thanks.
