iphone 14 pro max cellular issues (horrible cellular service!)

Everyday in my apt and multiple buildings I enter, my phone connection drops to 1~2 bars and takes forever to load page, sns, bank (all services which requires internet) and fails to load. I contacted my phone carrier and they said no problems in my area, carrier was ATT -> After changing to verizon, it still happens and even drops to sos only mode everyday often (my previous phone had no sos issues, it was 13 pro with weak connection). Don't understand why this horrible service phone is so expensive! SOOOOOOO overpriced! The most problem is if the building has no wifi, I cannot use my phone because of this issue. Another problem is this phone rejects to connect the building's wifi with no reason
