Personal hotspot not working iOS 17.3

Still not working. I've reset my network settings multiple times, restarted the phone, turned the hotspot on and off numerous times. Still unable to tether to my iPhone 13, iOS 17.3 via my M1 macbook (Sonoma 14.3). Carrier: T-Mobile. The carrier says nothing has changed.

Have the same issue. Have not used hot spot since last year. Today April 20, 2024 I experience same with both my primary carrier and eSIM while travelling. Have iPhone 14 Pro Max with iOS 17.4.1. Any fix any where?

Yep seems fine iOS to iOS but when try another device it won’t work since the update

I am experiencing the same issue. iPhone SE 2nd generation with MacBook Pro. Hotspot connections were always seamless before 17.3. Now it consistently fails to connect. Solution please Apple.

Same issue here - iPhone 14 Max pro on 17.3 and my MacBook Air M2 running Sonoma 14.3 - connects but doesn't pull IP address.

Just Updated my iPhone 14 Pro Max to iOS 17.4 and still has the same issues. Can’t connect my PlayStation portal or any android device to my iPhones hot spot so this has not been fixed.

I've got the same issue. whether my mac is working with my iphones 12 mini, 12 (both on 17.3) nor my windows laptops.

I no longer have the “Family Sharing” section in my hotspot setting page. (Where you can allow family share members to Auto/Ask/Never). Completely gone.

I’m the same. Never had an issue before and now my iPhone 14 Plus won’t connect to me MacBook or the TV. Very frustrating.

Wish I didn’t do the update.

My family sharing settings came back yesterday, reset to their defaults. Something server-side?
