My iphone is 17.3. MyiPad is 17.2 Since the update on my iPhone, both want a password for Mail Exchange account. When I enter it, it asks again. I have logged into Outlook on my Mac via the web and no issues. Help please.

The same thing happens to me on Android, the problem started on January 24, 2024. Apparently it is a Microsoft Exchange Active Sync problem. Using another sync protocol works
I don’t have a Microsoft phone. I have an Apple iPhone. Apple has the resources to fix this problem. Fix it.
I have same problem after updating
I deleted my exchange account and installed again, but this time with Outlook option on Settings > Mail > Accounts > Add Account > Outlook,
Done this and worked for now! Thanks Helioh
The solution for me was to delete the account and then reinstall it, but using the 'Outlook.com' option rather than Microsoft Exchange.

Lawrence: please read the post. Clearly says that I had restarted after deleting. Both times. Sheesh, your responses are feeling pretty boorish here. Gentility would help.
