predictive text keeps coming up but it’s turned off

anyone else having this issue? running 17.2.1 on an iphone 13 pro max (just an fyi) whenever i type out and send anything that involves numbers in imessage, predictive text pops up afterwards and doesn’t go away until i close the keyboard and reopen. why does this keep happening? i have predictive text turned off because the movement between it guessing words bothers me and i hate when it pops up on me. can we get the devs to fix this bug?
