My friend updated to IOS 17.3 on an iPhone 14 and this is all he sees under Face ID & Attention. I had him check two factor authentication and it was enabled for his Apple ID and he enabled significant locations as well under Privacy & Security.
I'm stumped at this point on why it's not showing. Hopefully someone can help.
Thanks, I think we figured it out. My friend somehow had passcode changes disabled under screen time. I was able to verify this during testing on my own device. When I disabled passcode changes, Face ID & Passcode disappeared from settings and when I enabled it Face ID & Passcode shows up. Also the screenshot is from Face ID & Attention located under accessibility.

The screen shot you've posted does not show the place where you would see SDP. Go to Settings>FaceID & Passcode.
