Zengrong Zhan in my MacBook's login elements.

I found this in my login items. I don't know what it is. Has this ever happened to anyone? It's called zengrong zhan

What is NWSDaemon? I just noticed it as one my Login Items on my macbook pro I was just checking through the Login Items section under General Settings and noticed this oddly named file: NWSDaemon. It was says the "Item from an unidentified developer". It is under the "Allow in the Background" section. I toggled it off but wondering 1) what it is and 2) if I can remove it if I don't need it to be there. Thank you!

Remove Login Items There is this weird login item "Tim Wilbrink" that has been bothering me. I can't seem to find it anywhere in the LaunchAgents or LaunchDaemons. Any clue on what software this is and how I can get rid of it? System: macbook pro 14" OSX Ventura 13.1
