iCloud Drive app error

Good day, I have been moving files from my iCloud Drive app to my external hard drive to free up storage space on my iCloud. I am currently using a late 2021 Macbook Pro with the M1 chip.

Whilst doing this I have come to notice when I attempt to open my iCloud Drive app it gives me this error: (See attached image below).

I have tried going onto the applications store to re-download the iCloud Drive App on my Macbook but nothing comes up when I search for it. I can still access my files on the internet but I did prefer the use of the app on my Macbook.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance!
