I can’t find my Face ID & Passcode on my iPhone after update

I have an iPhone 14 and updated to the newest ‘update’ and can’t find my Face ID & Passcode in my settings. My son has an iPhone 15 and has that available. What is going on???

Go to Settings/Screen Time/Content & Privacy Restrictions and change Passcode Changes to Allow.
