Why did Apple remove prices from the APP Store images? This is unfair to everyone paying.

I used to be able to shop by price and capabilities at a glance when the App store was newer. Now I have a "Get" button which begins the purchase process without telling me the price.

I can tap on the App images to get more info, but NONE of the Apps list their price in the info!!

This is unfair to the consumers and annoying, frankly.

WHY do the prices no longer appear on the Apps offered?

Where is Apple's commitment to consumer protection?

Nothing has changed. If an app has a fixed price, the cost is right next to the item and there is no Get button.

This one is a fixed $49.99

This one is $14.99 besides having further In-App purchases.

Any app that is free only has a Get button.

Apps that are free to download and use, but otherwise have cost features you can pay for later are clearly labeled as having In-App purchases.

And this last one indeed isn't fairly labeled. Only Outlook is free (with ads). MS Word will require purchasing a license to truly use it. There should be a cost listed. Not a Get button.

Just to check, I'm downloading Word right now to see what it says when I launch it…

…and the answer is, it's free - for a month. Then you have to purchase at least the minimum $70 single user yearly subscription fee to keep using it. So they squeak a Get button through by being technically free when you first download it.
