Ggives portal of Gcash inaccesible.

Anyone who has encountered the same problem of not being able to access only the GGives portal when all the other functions of Gcash are working fine? I am suppose to pay my dues today for Ggives but i cannot do so. They have autodeducted at a time earlier only to deduct 125 pesos which was the remaining Gcash balance but that was a time when i have not loaded an amount to the Gcash app yet from my bank for payment. I was hoping they would attempt autodeduct again but they havent. I do not want to incur penalties on this problem which i do not think is on my end. i have noticed this for 3-5 days already and wanted to check my Ggives due but i could not. It just shows "page could not be loaded. try again later" everytime i click the Ggives portal. i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Gcash app but to no avail. Uninstalling and reinstalling is suppose to solve most common problems like this but it didn't. i also did offload (i use an iphone) or clear cache of the app (for android) which they have suggested as a solution in the help center but it still didnt solve the problem. I tried sending a help ticket but all their agents who answers the emails could do to help is to suggest all that has been mentioned in the help topics. 🤦🏻‍♀️ It's just that i do not want to incur penalties and it is never even my fault. anyone here who could help. thank you. FYI: all portals inside the gcash app are all working fine except the Ggives portal that shows an error. thanks in advance!
