Upgrade LinkedIn Subscription

I have a premium subscription w/out access to Sales Navigator. I would like to upgrade so I can use Sales Navigator. There is a post that mentions a link to viewing, updated, cancel, but it only shows the option to cancel the subscription.


Any help would be greatly appreciated!
