I bought Apple Watch from thrift store and can’t connect to any iPhone it keeps asking for setup password

My Apple Watch is conected to someone account and they got rid of watch i factory reset watch many times still ask for password from someone else’s account witch I don’t know

You won’t be able to use it. You could try to see if you could get a refund from the thrift store if they have a refund policy. Otherwise you will need to recycle it. Without the original owner completing the steps to remove the watch from their Apple ID no one will be able to use it.
