Printer Landscape Orientation Issue in Remote Desktop

I use Remote Desktop to work at home. When Sonoma was released, my printer wouldn't work at all. Now it prints portrait fine but when I try to print landscape, the orientation is still portrait. Printer is a Brother HL-2280DW. Anyone know of a fix?

Landscape Print Rotation I would like landscape documents to rotate to the left (counterclockwise) on my printer rather than to the right (clockwise). The Print dialog doesn't seem to have an option to change that, nor do I see anything in my preferences. Is there a way to accomplish this with settings/preferences?

Remote CUPS Printer not found in Big Sur There are serious issues with printing in Big Sur. Printing to a known working remote Linux CUPS print server does not work - Macs running Big Sur cannot see or connect to the printer. The printer is connected to a Raspberry Pi. I tested with 3 M1 macs - 2 MacBook Airs and 1 Mac Mini, as well as a 2014 MBP which was working prior to Big Sur with the same configuration. I have tested with another Debian host which easily finds and installs the printer. The printer is a Zebra label printer using the common EPL2 driver. Another issue - the print queue for an HP laserjet printer will not show unless set to open with Rosetta. Also, printing to the HP printer is sporadic - the Macs sometimes cannot connect to it, and I need to switch between WiFi and ethernet on the printer (an HP color 400). [Re-Titled by Moderator]

No Print settings with Brother HL-L3230 Hello, I just installed this new Brother laser colour printer. It went smoothly over the wifi, and I can print. Except that I can't see all the options for print settings. As per the Brother website, I should see this dialogue box Instead, my dialogue box shows this: No options for print setting. If I chose Media & quality, I only get to chose between paper feed and media type. I have updated the firmware and installed the latest driver. What else can I do?? Thanks PS - this happens on 10.14.6 and on 10.11.6

Maybe try using the lpoptions command to see / set printer defaults?
