date and time wrong on atomatic

Hi, I have been trying to use google chrome on my Mac Pro until I got a message say “your clock is behind” so I clicked on the update date and time button and everting was fine. It is set to my city on automatic. It is still stuck on a day and two hours ahead no matter what I do, I have restarted my laptop multiple times and even try out it in manually but I can’t fix it.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.7

Date&Time:

These are the official Apple article on the subject:

Set the date and time on your Mac - Apple Support

Set the date and time automatically on your Mac - Apple Support

Can you connect to the Internet?

If you CAN, the INTERNAL Date&Time are likely correct, but how it is displayed TO YOU is messed up. In that case, see this article:

Change how dates, times, and more display on Mac - Apple Support

Change how dates, times, and more appear on Mac - Apple Support

The procedure is:

change the Region to a different one, NOT your own. e.g., in the UK, set to the US.

Close the window and save changes.

Change to the Region you wish to use in the long run.

Close the window and save changes.

Restart your mac.

Test.
