How can I get back my money from App Store balance?

I transferred some money to my App Store account balance to buy a subscription in one of the apps. However I then realised that the subscription that I wanted is not available for purchase via the mobile app (looks like it’s only available via their site which wasn’t clearly explained in the app). Now I have money allocated to my account but I cannot spend it, so is it possible to get them back? My location is Poland and as far as I am aware as a customer I should have 14 days to change my mind and get a refund (per law regulations in Poland), but I do not know who to contact. There is a refund form on the Apple site, but it requires me to select a specific purchase, and since I do not have any, I cannot submit the form

From Check your Apple Account balance - Apple Support

If you have Apple Account balance that you can't use

You can't redeem or return Apple Gift Cards, App

Store & iTunes Gift Cards, or unused Apple Account balance for cash,

except as required by law. If your jurisdiction allows for refund of

redeemed gift balances, you can contact Apple Support to request a refund. When you contact Apple, include the following information:

Your Apple ID.
The refund amount.
Your current shipping address.

What form?

That link is to contact Apple Support directly, and they can if required in your region return the money.

There is no form. Click the blue link in the previous reply or click here ➜ Contact Apple Support for a refund from your Account Balance.

There should be a Message option in the page with the Refund link.

click on that, and fill in the requested information.

Thanks for your reply, however, as mentioned in the description, I have found this form - the issue is that it requires me to select a specific purchase, and since I do not have any, I cannot submit the form. I cannot find any other form or option to request a refund

Hi - again, as mentioned, I cannot use the link you provided. I am stuck at the point where I need to select a purchase - as I do not have any. I do not know how to change my language to English, so please see a screenshot in Polish with translation to English in red. I tried clicking 'next' but the system tells me I need to select a purchase (and again, I do not have any). If I need to select something different, please let me know
