How do I exchange a faulty iPhone 12 Pro with an iPhone 15 Pro Max Hi.. i had brought 12 pro iPhone few days ago,bt it has so many problems like battery pictures quality. Like that i had already maintained it on apple stores. Now am worries of my phone so want to exchange it on iPhone 15 pro max. Cosmetic issues are not covered by any warranty.

If you purchased them from Apple, you have 14 days from the original purchase date to return the phone for a refund.
