Cosmetic issues are not covered by any warranty.

If you purchased them from Apple, you have 14 days from the original purchase date to return the phone for a refund.

My iphone is factory defective A month after buying the phone, a black dot appeared on the camera in the upper right corner. I don’t want to carry the phone for repair, because it’s a factory defect, can I replace the phone with a new one?
