Unable to get notifications from Apple Podcast

I have a problem that I am not getting notifications from apple podcast. In the application, I have marked podcasts for which I want to receive notifications, and in the mobile settings, I have Apple podcast notifications enabled (and that it should go to the notification center). If anyone knows how to make it so that I receive notifications,
