How to proceed with a lost package of Apple products?

i have put in an order in January and it’s lost. It was worth 3500. Not a very cheap purchase I had to save up for a very long time to make the purchase. And now my package is gone it’s been over a month and Apple seems to just make it sound like they have their part and does not care. I am over here stuck in it’s over 3500 dollar in debt with no products. This is making me so sad. It’s literally making me get suicidal thoughts cause this is Just so not fair. I haven’t slept over a month trying to solve this. Apple doesn’t even care and keeps saying we have done our part and we can’t do anything else. I have a customer over 10 years Witj Apple and this the treatment I get from them

Was that from the online Apple Store, or somewhere else?

In which country?

Did you get the shipping notice email message? When was it said to be send out? And when to arrive?

Which courier service was used?

Is it listed as Delivered in your order history?

If the user didn’t receive their package from a direct Apple order, then they are asked to contact Apple Store Customer Service, so that they can verify with the courier.

For high priced packages, a signature for receiving is usually mandatory. Your USB cable order is treated differently than a Mac order.
